Free Puffs Tissues at Weis

Well, apparently this deal is dead everywhere.  Thanks to what we are assuming is massive shelf-clearing, Weis has pulled this deal.
I heard "rumor" of someone in the Chambersburg store buying every last box that the store had out front and in the back.
If that is true, I'm disappointed in the store for allowing it.
I think that this week we have had two very good (bad?) examples of what "extreme couponing/hoarding" has done to everyone.  This and the Tide coupon fiasco (don't get me started on that one!).

Puffs are on sale for $1.00 this week.
They are also included in the buy 5, get $5.00 Off Your Next Order catalina.
Buy (5) Puffs $5.00

Tide Money Maker at Wal-Mart

Well, it looks like you probably won't be able to use this coupon on a trial size (thanks for letting us know, Sherry!).   P&G has come up with a reason why on their facebook page, although in my opinion it should be okay.  But, we don't make the rules so at this point we have to say that the below post is no longer valid.
Sorry!!

The 10/31 P&G  has a $2.00 off any Tide Detergent. This gives $1.03 overage at Walmart on the Single Tide Pack.

Buy Single Load Tide $1.03
Use $2/1 Tide coupon from 10/30/11 P&G
FREE + $1.03 overage

Thanks, I Heart The Mart!!

Upromise

I've had a few people ask about Upromise so I thought I'd post a little about it.

To be honest, I don't actually know a lot!  I haven't signed up but I'm going to right now.

From what I know, you will earn $$ when you buy certain items using your store card.

The $$ goes into a "savings account" for future use.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the money can be used for college savings

OR

you can pay off existing student loans with it.

Go here to sign up and try it out.

If you have used Upromise let us know any tips or useful info!
