Trade in Event at Toys R Us.

I have never heard of a company doing this before, but check out this awesome promotion that Toys R Us is having!

Now through Feb. 20, you’ll be able to bring in used cribs, car seats, bassinets, strollers, travel systems, play yards, toddler beds, and high chairs in exchange for 25% savings on the purchase of any new baby items at Toys R Us or Babies R Us.

I looks like you can bring in an item from any brand and then get 25% of the brands listed below. The trade-in item doesn’t need to be from the same category as the purchase item.

25% discount is valid on the day of trade-in only in-store only.

The “Great Trade-In” event is hoping to get potentially unsafe products out of circulation. Go HERE for all the details and call before you head out the door to make sure your store is participating. Now keep in mind that this is the kind of thing that there could be lots of hidden rules for. And I'm guessing that each Toys R Us will be handling this program a little differently. But it sounds like a great promotion if you have baby items from an older child that you don't want to use anymore and you need something for a younger child.
