My husband stopped by Martins tonight and scored four free bottles. The young girl as the cashier had no problem scanning the coupons. My husband was amazed. What savings!
I tried this deal at Giant in McConnellsburg and they would not accept the coupon. Seems like all Giant/Martins would have the same coupon policies.
I am so sorry it did't work for you, Crystal. Giant/Martin's does have a store-wide coupon policy as far as I know, but the problem is that you run into cashiers (and even mgrs) who don't understand those policies, or who haven't been trained correctly on the use of coupons.
What was their reason for not taking them?
You really should call customer service and let them know how disappointed you are, and the store should be notified.
