I'd love to hear what some of you do for fun during the summer! What types of inexpensive activities keep your kids entertained? Frugal day trips for the family to take?
I recently realized that I miss out on quite a bit of fun locally because I just don't know what is out there!
For my family, we like to camp. We haven't been able to do a lot of that the past 2 summers, but we're going to make up for lost time in a few weeks! We also like to play in the stream at Renfrew park, on a cool morning pick berries at a local orchard, or take a short hike on one of the mountain trails.
What do you like to do? Do you have any suggestions for what to do locally?
