Tomorrow you really want to make sure to check all of the inserts in your Sunday newspaper. It is being reported that Parade Magazine includes a coupon towards a FREE 12oz McCafe Frappe or Fruit Smoothie. I have tried both and I think they are great value for the price but hey! nothing beats free!

This coupon was also in the Friday Record Herald insert American Profile and at $0.50 for the paper that is a good deal. You can buy a copy of the paper at the office on Walnut St. if you didn't get one already. There was also a $2 coupon for GoodNites underwear in that same insert.
