Menu Plan Monday

One of the tips we like to give at our Money Savings Methods workshops is that Menu Planning can help to save money--you're prepared so it cuts back on quick, unplanned trips to the grocery store which will result in paying too much for an item!
I (Millicent) have decided that I need to do better with my own advice, so I'll be participating in Menu Plan Monday!  I'd love some comments telling us what meals you have planned for the week, or if you blog your menu--let us know!

Monday--Pancakes and Bacon
Tuesday--BBQ Pork Sandwiches (pork b1g1 last week, this is leftover from weekend)
Wednesday--Shrimp Garlic Voila Pasta (B1G1 @ Food Lion)
Thursday--BLT's 
Friday--eating with family so I have no idea what!
Saturday--Grilled Chicken, Corn, and Pasta Salad

I have some Taco Bell taco kits that I haven't used, so we're going to have fajitas with grilled chicken strips that I got BOGO last week at Martins.
Of course PopTarts and Eggo Waffles for breakfast for the next three months :)
Mikies tonight for dinner with the cousins, using coupons from the newspaper. We either get grilled cheese b/c it's cheap or I have two kids split the chicken finger and fries platter, which make for another cheap meal there.

I do menu plan and this is what we are having this week...
Monday - spaghetti
Tuesday - BBQ Chicken fingers
Wednesday - Meatloaf and fried potatoes
Thursday - we'll be away
Friday - Buenos Burritos (with leftover chix from tuesday),spanish rice
Saturday- we'll be at a Sun's game

Tues. Pancakes and eggs
Wed. Cereal
Thur. Eggo's
Fri. Macaroni Grill boxed meals
Sat. Hot Dogs and Mac n Cheese
Sun. Chicken Nuggets LOL!
My husband thinks I have a hoarding issue...

Monday - Chili in the crock pot and Cornbread with Salad
Tuesday - Chicken in the Sauce
(Cubed chicken, cooked then add a can of cream of any soup...use to be a recp. on the label, we just add a few things like worchestershire sauce..mustard to taste) with Rice and Green Beans
Wednesday - Beef stew in the crock pot. Make some biscuits and it's done.
Thursday - left over night to use up the extras from those three nights (My Mini Buffet)
Friday - Pizza or a coupon to somewhere I'm hoping!!!
