Target stores in the area (and i'm sure everywhere) have been marking down summer clothing. They also have lots of underwear/undershirts and socks marked down in the kids section.
Don't forget that lots of stores have their back-to-school section marked down. Most things aren't at rock bottom prices yet, but it shouldn't be long! Let us know when and where you see great deals!
Lowe's has their patio furniture 50% off. Waynesboro had a good bit of stuff left when I was there!

CVS and Rite Aid have their summer merchandise on clearance 50-75% off both in Waynesboro and Hagerstown.
