In my opinion, Rite Aid is the place to be this week! I went this morning and scored some great deals! I know lots of people avoid Rite Aid because it is confusing...just look at their ad...it looks confusing to me. They have Single Check Rebates, Up Rewards, Wellness coupons, Video Value Coupons, etc!! Sheesh...that's enough to confuse a seasoned couponer.
This morning I kept it simple. I did not do any transactions with a SCR (Single Check Rebate). I only got items that were cheap on their own with just a coupon or were cheap/FREE with Up Rewards. Up Rewards are just like Extra Care Bucks at CVS!
Collin over at Hip2Save has done several posts on the deals at Rite Aid this week! You can check those out HERE . I didn't even come close to getting all the great deals, but I felt pretty good about what I got!

***The toothpaste is the best deal, but you've got to buy (8) to make the deal work. It's only going to take a couple of people doing that deal and the store will be wiped out. Just print the coupons anyway and get a raincheck!! It's a great deal, you don't want to miss it!!******
I just did everything in one transaction and then I used all my UP Rewards to purchase Toys!! Rite Aid has all their Christmas items 75% off and there were some great toy deals. I got several remote control cars for under $4 each. I got an electric train set that was originally $30 for about $7.00 and I got super cute electronic piggy banks for less than $3 each! It's a great time to stock up on gifts that you might need for birthday parties throughout the year.

Do you shop with your kids Judy and if so, I need tips. I never seem to have time to look around at all the extra deals, I'm lucky to get out with some free stuff!
Sean, I do shop with my kids. My 5 yr. old boy is a horrid shopper. Like he seriously throws himself on the floor of a store and pitches a fit. But we gave him a DS for Christmas and it's the best thing we ever did. I let him bring it in the store, but I actually do most of my shopping during the 2.5 hours he's at preschool. My daughter is almost 3 and she's a decent shopper. I usually have some M&Ms in my purse and that keeps her happy. But one kid is easy. Two is hard! I've got 2 months before I have a baby and that's why I'm am doing serious shopping now. I've never couponed with an infant. I'm not sure how it's going to go, so I'm planning for the worst! (You should see my laundry detergent stock pile!)
