I have been having trouble at walgreens. The rewards do not print if I use a coupon. Is anyone else having this problem.

Charlene--I don't shop Walgreens but hopefully someone who does can answer this!
As far as I know that shouldn't mess anything up, though. Did you ask the cashier or manager?

Hey Charlene!
Walgreens has lots of funny rules in their coupon policy. Register Rewards are considered manufacturer coupons and they have a rule that you if you're buying (3) items, you can only use (3) coupons and that includes Register Rewards. So things can get messed up when you're using Register Rewards along with coupons to pay for something. I'm not sure if you were using Register Rewards in your transaction or not, but that might explain the problem. I would check out Collin's write up about Walgreens coupon policy (http://hip2save.com/store-guides/walgreens) over at Hip2Save. She does a great job of explaining the details of shopping at Walgreens. If you still can't figure out why your RR aren't printing, then I would call their corporate office (877) 250-5823
or try to talk to the manager at Walgreens. If you're shopping the Walgreens in Chambersburg, then I know first hand that the cashiers sometimes aren't that helpful.
