Foodlion Coupon Policy

I have a love/hate relationship with Foodlion. Mainly because each Foodlion seems to follow a different coupon policy and because your success with coupons usually just depends on what cashier you get. They just created a new coupon policy, which you can read HERE. Yet even after they released their new coupon policy they were making contradictory statements on their facebook page. Thankfully couponers gave them lots of feedback on facebook and it looks like they are making an effort to have one coupon policy that all their stores follow. Unfortunately I don't like the face that you can't stack coupons and they're not going to double coupons, but at least all the stores should start to follow the same policy.

The following are two statements that Foodlion recently released on their Facebook Page:
"Hi Food Lion fans, we apologize for the confusion surrounding our CouponPolicy. After reviewing our current policy, we are unable to accept multiple coupons on the same item or allow "coupon stacking" at this time. Because our company offers excellent prices on all of its products, we hope you will be pleased with your low, total grocery bill. We appreciate your patience as we reviewed this important issue."

"Hi everyone. We know many of you are upset with our coupon acceptance policy and we are working to fix that. We know that not all of our stores are operating under the same policy which only adds to the confusion. Your frustrations are being heard loud and clear and we are having further discussions to find out what can be done. Thank you all for your feedback. "

I saw that last part and am hoping it means they might reconsider stacking! Not getting my hopes up, but still hopeful!
