FYI: Netflix Customers

Um, did you hear about Netflix new price increase??? Holy cow they have some unhappy customers. Just one facebook posting has over 43,000 comments. It's actually pretty hilarious! Facebook is a great marketing tool for companies, but it also gives their customers a "voice" which is always a good thing. Go here to check out what they wrote on their blog.
